[Idea] Aether Wisp + Phage = Wispsoo's Phageblade
I had an idea for the Rageblade that would make use of Phage and the new Aether Wisp in an effort of reducing the amount of items that build out of Blasting Wand. :P
Guinsoo's Rageblade:
+300 Health
+30 Attack Damage
+50 Ability Power
+5% Movement Speed
UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Basic attacks and spell casts grant 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Kills grant 60 Movement Speed instead. This Movement Speed is halved for ranged champions.
UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks (on attack) and spell casts grant +6% Attack Speed and +4 Ability Power for 8 seconds (stacks up to 5 times).
Falling below 50% Health increases the item's maximum stacks to 10 until out of combat (30 second cooldown).
The idea is that the total stacks are lower, meaning faster accumulation of roughly the same stats. The stats at 5 stacks are slightly lower than the current Rageblade at 8 stacks. The bonus stacks provided upon falling below 50% Health mean you're required to build extra stacks to receive the same amount of Attack Speed (9 stacks). For clarification, the bonus stacks from falling below 50% Health do increase the Ability Power as well.
These changes give you 10 more AP at 0 stacks, 2 less AP at 5 stacks (compared to its current 8 stacks), and 18 more AP at 10 stacks. Attack Speed is unchanged at 0 stacks, 2% less Attack Speed at 5 stacks, and 8% more Attack Speed at 10 stacks. Total AP at 10 stacks is would be 90 up from 72, and total Attack Speed would be 60% up from 52%.
Additionally, In an effort to keep the cost low, I thought it would be best to remove the clutter of the Life Steal and Spell Vamp. In my opinion, the go-to hybrid utility/sustain item should be Hextech Gunblade. Quinsoo's Rageblade should be a medium-cost, high-damage item, while Hextech Gunblade is a high-cost, high-utility damage item.
I didn't add a cost because that's not something that should be worried about too much. I'll let Riot balance their game. I just want to help give them ideas. :P
