Swain OP?

Okay so I am beginning to believe that is becoming WAY too OP. I have had battles with him and every single time has gone atleast above 10 kills. When he stuns and does the vulture thing that is game over. He needs to be nerfed or something. Every game so far I've lost because of him and he wrecks team fights because any enemy near him gets hit with the vulture which does life steal. Please take this into consideration! Thanks!
