Vel'Koz out play?
Any good counters to vel?
i think Fizz does well, but i have to change my build up, any advice?

Champs with gap closers are generally good against Vel'Koz. He's very skillshot-based and fairly immobile.

Generally very mobile champions. I would consider Fizz as a counter due to his trickster. And then his ult would all be gone to waste.
