CHAMPIONS OP qq.....
I just have to say this once and for all, for riot. By all means some champs that first come out are kind of op, like vayne when she first came out, but I do not believe that riot intended for this. The only time nerfs guns should come out is if riot did not intend for that champion to play the way it does. If it 1 shots everyone on the opposing team then obviously riot didnt intend for that, yet if the champion is being played by a good player that knows his champion, knows the mechanic's, going against an absence jungler, no team work on the team, and lacking knowledge of the opponent about the mechanic's and skills of the "op" champion then to me, its not the champ that is op, yet hes abusing your bad playing. Riot shouldnt have to baby sit and punish the gamer's that actually take time to learn the game and the champion's mechanics, and once they get good enough with them that they wreck, now everyone qqing to riot for a nerf, which is totally unfair.
What makes a champion op is not that of his skills, yet that of the mechanics of the person using him, and the absence of the jungler from the opposing team and the lack of knowledge and team work from the laner himself.

was very op. Of course, I now know that he has many weaknesses and he can be dealt with easily with certain spells and champions. Vayne has weaknesses too. It is also worth noting that it probably isn't the champion, but the player using the champion.
