Ranked Solo Q atm is to unpredictable.

Okay, I'm having a hard time believing that this reset is a soft reset at all...because I ended last season at gold 1 80 points after losing my promo to plat 5. Now this season I went 6-4 in promo got placed in sliver 5 after playing nothing but plat and diamond boarder players. In my current teir I'm getting matched with a spread from diamond 4 last season to bronze 5 and the skill cap between players is beyond reasonable. Such as I am top I am winning lane 3-0 and then the plat 3 mid lane annie had managed to kill our bronze 5 mid lane mid a whopping 9 times in the first 12 mins and started to roam and just started dropping ultis and 1 shotting myself the semi fed renekton, bottomlane, and jungle with just her ulti q combo. My question is, how is this a reasonable ranking system if skill gap between some players is insane and it is making ranked at the moment very unpredictable. Basically it is whomever gets the low silver to bronze players from last season that belonged there loses because the higher skilled players capitalize on knowing that they can be easily outsmarted.
