Easy fix for the outcry on URF and All4One

so, we know everyone is begging for these modes to become offical/permanent, but as some of us realize this would make waiting queues increase by who knows how long across the board. So, the solution is simple, make them all Custom game modes, so only those wanting to play them can play them, and all the normal modes still have their relatively short waiting rooms.
