  3. Finish build with good items for Lucian (Triforce, BT, IE, whatever)

  5. Win game easily

I realize this is a very arrogant way of writing this post, but meh.

Max CDR on him will be funny to see, dashing twice as much as nidalee.

Might be a viable option and give him the ability to be run elsewhere on the map instead of being shoe horned into botlane.
