Trolls

Riot,

I am extremely disappointed with all the trolls on this game. How can anyone have fun if all they is waste other player's time. Please look into this, and have a report section that is actually reviewed by Riot employees and not fellow LoL players, a.k.a "The Tribunal".

These trolls should be banned and disabled temporarily for their accounts. Thank you.
