Team Builder with Bots?

I'm not a brand new player at League so I don't always play against bots. I play against them when I want to play a champion I've never used before. I do this as to not spoil the experience of a PVP game for teammates as it is my first time and seeing what I can do. However, I hate calling for positions with completely random people as I'm sure everyone does. I end up disconnecting rather than deal with a horrible team makeup that wouldn't even consist of me playing as the champion I want to. Has Riot already brought up the discussion to bring the game type to bots as I have not read up that much. Thanks
