Suggestions for the Rappel of Elise

Elise I like the idea of Rappel that you can use it to catch the enemy or dodge some powerful ultimate skill, both offensive and defensive.

But after I used Elise for some time,I noticed that I was often killed because of the Rappel(=_=),sometimes I wanted to catch a enemy behind a wall, and there were several bad guys chased me too,if I continued to run,I absolutely could escape from them.but if I could catch the enemy, maybe I could get a blood and be in a safer place.so I chose the latter.Yet when I was going to"E"the enemy,he was instantly out of my sight, then I didn't click on him,but on the ground! so I ascended for 2 seconds waited until the other bad guys surrounded me cause there was no target for me to descend.

I think it's a bad user experience of the player's mistake ,because it confused player. After you cast Rappel, you didn't know whether it cast on the target or missed it ,on the ground until about 0.5 seconds later you noticed that the big spider appeared upon the enemy or your hero was still hanging in the air.that's terrible I think... I know there is another chance when you in the air you can also cast "E" to descend upon a enemy, but in the example above, the time for the second chance is too short, shouldn't it be a one-shot spell in most cases?

So what I suggest is remove the capability of targeting the ground and use the self-targeting mechanism instead for the Rappel. In this case, when you attempt to target the ground, you will receive the warning text and sound, just like most other spells do.then you will get another chance to try again or find another way rather than just waiting in the air for nothing or death.and the self-targeting is more convenient, isn't it?

I remember the other ground-targeting spell is Syndra's "w": Force of Will, that is good, convenient,it avoid the case that the distance between the target and the one you want to grab is too long to handle, just click on the ground, whatever you grabbed ,even if you didn't grabbed anything, it doesn't matter,or at least not a big matter, you can just try it again. but for Elise ,It is a big problem,it usually decide your position on the battleground, then decide whether you enemy could live or not and whether you could live or not.A large part of the reason is when you in the air you can not cancel this action unless there is an enemy.

And the last point ,I think the time from you can see the spider descending to you can actually control your hero is a little bit long. Most cases is if the enemy keep running, then although I "E" upon him,I still could not hit him, even cast a spider's "Q".maybe I was too slow(T-T)

Then let me summarize my suggestion: Primary:change the mechanism of Rappel from ground-targeting to self-targeting Secondary:May cancel when the hero is in the air or could land on ally unit? and reduce the response time of descend

Thanks for reading my poor English :D and I hope these problems will be solved in the near future
