yasuo shield

Yasuo's shield needs to be nursed. it is too strong in lane. With most kids like Diana or Nid his shield is always up to prevent any possibility to get poke off. The shield is a good hp but it is op way to often to get any poke off. It would be great if the shield would take longed to come up. He already has a wind wall that is broke he's shield is just ridiculous.
