Jungling: Rengar - Theorycrafting: 8,606 build

I main jungle and I'm looking for some intermediate-Advanced/Experience opinion on an idea I thought of for Rengar Jungle.
I dont currently have a champion to main (jungle with alot) but I like the idea of Rengar even though he can have a chance of falling off late game if he's not ahead in kills. Hence the reason I came up with this idea.
The strategy is to try and rush 8,606 gold as fast as possible. I have not tried this yet in game but with 8,606 gold this will allow you to build... Wriggle's Lantern > Berserker Greaves > The Brutalizer > Bonetooth Necklace > Sword of the Devine > Sword of the occult in that order.
The stats that the items will provide with 0k/0d/0a are: *Remember this is stats from items only...
+201 attack damage +10% CDR +10 armor pen +45% movement +25 armor +15% lifesteal
These are all stats that rengar can utilize. Now with a spell priority of R > Q > W > E (or possibly R > Q > E > W)a rengar 1v1 or gank seems like its in favorable as long as both champions are 0 and 0 or the enemy champion is not "fed". I am guessing that by the time the player has 8,606 gold they are level 8-12 (I am literally making a hypothesis). Anyways I can imagine someone having Q maxed or closed to max, max ferocity, red buff, sword of the devine activated, ghost, and ultimate would not have a hard time pulling off a kill or assist. This would be the beginning of the snowballing.

+95 attack damage (+2 dmg for every level) +15% CDR +20 armor pen +45% movement +25 armor +15% lifesteal
(Changes: +30 attack damage, +10 armor pen, +5% CDR... Not to mention 3 kills would grant hopefully 300+ gold which you can now put torwards more items to get more stats.)
You can see the snowball effect. I understand that optimal gameplay is required and the target is a consideration as well as if you are being counter-jungled or not. However I would like some feedback as if this is a considerable idea in more instances than not considerable.
Questions to be answered:
Jungling at an averge/fast rate with 0 kills and 0 deaths, how fast can you rush 8,606 gold and what level will you be around?
Are these stats enough to get you that initial kill or will you more likely die and end up falling off?
Can you make a comeback with these items if you die before getting a kill?
Any other champions this could possibly work on? Zed?

+201 attack damage +15% CDR +20 armor pen +65% movement +25 armor +15% lifesteal
Increased the range of Rengar's leap by 150.
Increases the duration of Thrill of the Hunt by 3 seconds. Additionally, Rengar's next ability used after activating Thrill of the Hunt generates 1 bonus Ferocity.
Also considered building an avarice blade early for the +gold. However since it cost 400 gold without gaining anything, I'm not sure its worth it since I haven't been able to try yet.
