Scrying Orb change(s) to make it more viable

So, today when my friends & I got invaded without vision around ourselves due to the item 3361 trinket changes,I got an idea.

Scrying Orb is essentially a scouting trinket, but the cooldown/activation time seems to limit its potential.

Why not change Scrying Orbs availability time to say 1:25 or 1:30 in order to promote other options for early game/invading strategies? This would give it a little more versatility & promote purchasing it, even if for early game only.

The range should be extended and the cooldown should be reduced.

It's the least used trinket, and I rarely see it used out on the Fields of Justice. This seems like a good idea.

Blue trinket from what I've seen, is mostly used in the late late game when people are 6 items.
