Hi, I haven't played Rank since Season 2 and before I jump back into it, I noticed a few things already in Hexakill / Aram / Draft Pick etc...
Why is "Blue" 
Gone? (Item list: 
) Seems like no one does this anymore? It used to be very strong and the go to build for him.
Why do ADCs use

never get banned anymore? They are still very strong and annoying to play against!
In order, blue just doesn't do the kind of damage he used to in season 2. as for the barrier choice for ADC's, that's because jungler ganks are common and if u get ignited then all u have to do to survive is activate barrier. Lastly, , , , are no longer banned because with the new metta, these champions are annoying, but can easily be countered (or so they think XD). All in all there have been many changes since season 2 so wathout ;D
Blue Ezreal is still viable against AD heavy team, but damage-wise, it's outshined by the new triforce (instant damage spike from early sheen, beefy ms buff from phage, and zeal always good stats)
Unlike ignite, which was only super useful for securing early kills and against healers/hp regen tanks, barrier turned out to be more useful at every stage of the game. Early on, it negates ignite by absorbing dmg, and serves as a defensive utility for surviving team fights when you already have plenty of dmg from your build.
Blitzcrank is outshined by Thresh and Leona, and Amumu loses bans to the FOTMs of the new meta. Malphite doesnt sit well in the new meta imo, especially with the popularity increase in Vi.
Blue is still seen on rare occasion, but it still comes down to damage consistency.
can trick players into diving or engaging all-in and has better teamfight potential.
never really got banned at high elo because people knew how to play against him. Now though, he is deffinately worse than

I honestly don't know why.
is easy to 1v1, and can be countered very well by stronger early junglers counter-jungling. Also, that Q is an easy dodge, and without it his ganks just aren't that strong.
