I played and won a ranked game early morning(7/4) and when the game was going to the status screen it wouldn't load and froze so I closed down league and got one today to find out that the game was never counted and wasn't in my match history. What can I have done about this?
You may have been drophacked, not sure there's anything you can do about that :/
Send a ticket to support if it still doesn't show up. They will not be able to give you your win back but they will try and prevent the same issue from happening again.
In the grand scheme of things, one game should hardly matter anyway (If you are more skilled than your divison/league, you will rise, it's just a matter of playing enough matches at that point). I suspect they will ask you for a r3d log:

A match log is created each time you play a game. It contains vital information about your loading process and will log any errors that occur during the course of the game. These logs are essential for troubleshooting in situations where you have problems in-game.
Each file appears like this: [yyyy-mm-ddT15-40-03] _r3dlog.txt, where yyyy-mm-dd is the date of the match played.
