If your in a team fight or even 1 v 1 and you activate your ultimate she has her little moment when she is about to fire it, however if you get killed in that moment the rocket never fires, and it goes down on cool down. I think this some some super bull sh** and riot needs to fix the cool down activation to be equivalent to the moment the rocket goes out of her barrel.

pretty sure its supposed to, seeing how it has a sort of channel time. though I don't think it should be like that with wukong and fiora, more fiora though. they really just need to make wukongs ult immediately knock up as soon as is cast, and fioras ult still lets her take all kinds of dmg for the first half sec or so.
I think that's supposed to happen because, I've had that happen to me on other champs, though it's been a while.
That doesn't seem right at all it does no dmg why should it go on cool down :( makes me cry
