Hello! I've come to bring up Nami's passive. It seems to be lacking a bit because 40 movement speed isn't that high.. I was wondering if increasing the duration or the amount would be a good idea?
Also, I've noticed that Nami's passive doesn't ever give the full amount of movement speed it should. Please fix this! :)
You know why Nami is one of best support in the game? Because she has poke, heal, CC and mov speed burst. Perhaps you'd like a cappuccino when you play nami? ^^
The strength in Nami's passive is in the fact that you could potentially chain it on someone 4 times for a 6 second speed boost.
As for the not giving the full amount, that'd be the soft cap on movespeed.
What Im saying is that her passive without any AP gives 40 flat movement speed. However, it doesn't give the FULL 40 movement speed when an ability is used on herself or an ally.
