Sir ArmaMalum1 votestop right of screen, in the PvP header, "support". Create a support account (it's seperate in case you're locked out of your League account), submit a ticket, you will get an e-mail when you receive a response, you will have a 1 on 1 with a rioter if they cannot immediately fix your problem

Sir ArmaMalum2 votesit takes awhile, be patient, keep in mind they receive hundreds of tickets just like yours. It may even take a day or so. If they have your purchase on record they will credit you with the RP, if they do not have the purchase on record, you probably weren't charged, so don't worry. You'll get an e-mail when they get to your ticket.
