Teemo Nerfs

I think you should hold off on the upcoming Teemo nerfs until the Doran's Shield nerf is deployed. Doran's Shield nerf is going to be brutal Teemo as he will lose all sustain and survivability, especially early on. DS nerf should hit him hard enough.
