Make it so you can't get madred's and spirit stone?

i understand this isn't the largest issue but i see far too many udyr's (not sure if it's a good idea on any other champion) getting both madred's and spirit stone, getting a ff and later selling the spirit stone, this allows them to clear jungle extremely fast with plenty of health and mana afterwards. Last game this happened udyr got ff 15 minutes in and still ganked enough.
