PLEASE HELP ZAC BACK INTO THE GAME

i will be happy if zac got looked at, hes a funy and fun character,who came with a unigue kit. but he lacks the ability to help his team much. unlike other tanks,(udyr ,volibear,shyvanna and others) he cant help his team after he initates. his abilities lack damage when u go tanky, u die too fast to help when u build ap, when u build both, it still doesnt work because u die very fast and with his nice passive, its easy to kill the blobs and even ignore them and wipe out his team then take care of them. my case here is can he get some damage in his kit or even something that will make him less vunrable. volibears bite scales with some of his hp which is good, udyr has a nice kit for sustain and burst even when full tank, shyvana has her aoe damage and doesnt even require to be built with damage but others do just for other purposes. zac used to be a go to guy when u want good teamfights, but as years go on humans evolve and so does gameplay, but virtual characters dont unles they are changed, in season 4, there are new mechanics and even bronze players ( im bronze myself climbing out) play better than when i begun the game. and its sad when i dont want to pick zac or when im yeled at for trying to pick zac because i think all champions should be fair. he doesnt need to be op, he just need a little tweeking. hes so far the most unigue champion so and these are just my ideas. oh and btw i know u going to say post it in forums and other stuff, but people rarly check forums to upvote or down vote ideas so i decided to send it through here sine i know there will be a 100% chance for it to be seen . this is my opinion but can we get an item that turns some hp into ap ( theres one for ad)
