Don't allow 4 man premades

A lot of other games have made it so that you cannot have four people in a premade group. All this does is allows the premades to go against the solo-que player that gets stuck with them suffering from their trolling or harassment. Although not all 4 player premades are like this, but it happens to me quite often . riot please, allow only 1,2,3, or 5 player premade teams.

My own experience today. Got into champion select, i got stuck with support. This wasn't such a big deal for me, i don't mind filling roles. Got into the game and make some pretty awesome plays with thresh getting my adc fed. The mid lux roams bot about 3 times getting a double kill about every time she roamed. I say in chat, mid can you please roam lux has been here 3 times. The gragas replied with no shut up whore. I replied with okay, muted and muted him. Then the jungler said we are all premade and reporting you for negative attitude. We lost the game.

So because that group has stupid people my friends and I should be punished if one of us has to work or is busy with schoolwork? How do you not realize how ridiculous a request this is? You can just as easily suffer a game full of toxicity with no premades as with any other number of premade. Premade =/= toxicity. I'm sorry for your experience and I hope that you reported the Gragas for his behavior, but punishing innocent people because of that is a terrible response to the issue and sets a bad example for handling toxicity.

It doesn't take that much effort to find an extra friend to play with to make your team a 5.

It isn't a necessary effort that I should have to take. Why don't you just play with five people all the time? That's just as valid as you demanding we find an extra person just out of the blue to replace one of us. The concept of punishing well-behaved and friendly premades because of some being toxic is like saying that some people commit crimes so everyone has to go to jail. That is just plain ignorant.

You're right, perhaps riot could develop a system that doesn't allow previously punished players to create the 4 man teams.

I think that's a more reasonable suggestion, though I'm not certain how they would implement it. What they could attempt is trying a sort of matchmaking preference system. Something with settings like "I'm okay with a four man premade" or "I prefer to not play with a four man premade"?

Yeah, riot is smart. They can figure it out. It's just up to the community if they want it or not.
