Vladimir sanguine pool(W) bug

I just played a game yesturday with vladimir and found what i think would be 2 bug on vladimir W (Sanguine Pool).

Vladimir -- Caitlyn : When caitlyn AA crit, the AA reaches vladimir in his sanguine pool
Vladimir -- Caitlyn : When caitlyn ult and vladimir goes into the sanguine pool, the bullet goes into the pool and hit vladimir.

Both of them happened when vlad went into his pool after the AA(crit) and the ultimate from caitly went off, so while projectiles were mid-air. Are those a bug or just a "It's supposed to work that way"? Because i'm pretty sure these weren't a thing in game before.

Seems like a bug.. Pretty sure he's suppose to be untargetable .

He is untargetable. It previously made him immune to projectiles which it no longer does.

Same thing is happening with Fizz's E.

does that means if the projectile was sent while he WAS targetable then it hits, but if for exemple vlad goes into his pool while caitlyn is charging it up it would cancel it?
