What is a better jungler for someone who is a noob jungle?

Shyvana has amazing jungle clear and a very easy to grasp kit. Her main weakness is her lack of any cc besides her ult, which imo is better for a jungler in training. If you can pull off great ganks with Shyvana then you'll pull off pro ganks with Vi and others who actually have cc and lockdown. She's the jungler I started with and I will always recommend her. :)
Sir Arma is correct. Shyvana is great to learn how to clear the jungle and how to gank.
