What about Annie? She is to strong as support!

It's too strong and unbalanced her stun for bot lane. Especially now with the new itens for supports. She can kill (alone) an ADC and I think the supports are to SUPPORT. Not for "solo" the ADCs

In my opinion her stun should have a time. If she doesn't use the stun for a long time she should lose it.

Annie What you guys think about that?

I understand why you would think that but then that would cripple Annie all together. Oddly enough it would probably even change her difficulty up a notch. Heck her kit would probably need a change accordingly to the stun change.

It would make anything Annie related a completely timed play. Aslo. Annie isn't a support, using her as a support is like using anyone else that does damage as a support. I go Katarina and elise support from time to time. Along with evylen and Yorick. And they too can already solo a ADC as well. Don't you think this the point to doing so in the first place?

Maybe this would be a better way of showing what I mean. Making Annie's Stun timed would kill her in lane when not randomly using her as a support. When she is in her own lane (gods forbid) even jungle. Lets say you proc her stun for a gank or for a situation about to come to you. Annie mostly relies on her stun. So once that is gone she is going to have huge problems. her gank becomes pointless besides showing up and scaring people away, or she is now in danger because her stun was waited out so the enemy team can do as they please with her knowing she can't get her stun back for at least another 15-26 seconds (if she is not willing to sacrifice her ult for that extra stack on her q or W stun).

I hope this helped to show what I mean?

As ProjectVith explains, we don't want to cripple Annie for her intended role. It's frustrating to lane against Annie as an ADC sometimes, but remember, it's a 2v2 lane. Both Annie and her ADC are squishy, and you won't always be alone against her. If you have trouble against her 1v1, wait for your support or play it smart and bait out the stun at a bad time. Annie is cooldown dependent so be sure to take advantage of that ;)

^ Since the playoffs there have been a lot of Annie supports. It's going to happen. Adapt and overcome are my words of advice.

I'd like to see that because it's pretty stupid to see Annie with the white thingy around her waist skipping around throwing some AAs and zoning you just because if you step in her range, she will click you and stun you. It's nothing like dealing with Blitz or Leona who rely on a skillshot to initiate and kill you; if you step in Annie's range and she and her ADC have enough damage to kill you during the duration of the stun, you are dead. The only counter play is DON'T BE IN HER RANGE EVER but that zones you.

I mean TF has to PICK A CARD then step into AA range to stun you, and he can't hold onto a card forever, he can't even use AAs when it's up, it would only make sense if Annie had a timer on her stun. It would reward skilled play (stay at three charges then quickly E for the fourth charge and stun immediately), and it would enable counter play because then people could juke/kite Annie until the stun is down then harass her, much like you juke Thresh's hook then punish him.
