So I made a general rant video about this upcoming meta and how Riot is approaching this season, It is kinda long and I am sorry bout. I would hope that you who watch it would take what I say with a grain of salt, it is an opinion video with loose facts to support my view point(no real conclusive statistics just generalized assessments of past experiences). I agree with nerfing shield supports, I wouldn't say the same for healing though since it already has a counter (Grievous Wounds).
I don't think giving Assassins free guaranteed Critical Strike with Stormrazor is a good choice. Assassins don't need to be buffed further, since their overall effectiveness is going to be increased once the Marksman Item changes and Stat nerfs go live.
I wouldn't mind Assassins if they didn't have specific abilities that really make it hard to play against
