Please tell me you are kidding, Lmaaoo. They barely removed 5-10 Armor on patch 9.20. On the other hand, he got ONE HUNDRED (+100) extra range to his 'Q', and rework to his 'R' passive.

Btw, meanwhile, no Zilean or Ornn skin, shame Riot. (One almost 5 years without skin, the other one no extra skin since release).

honestly they did nerf xayah when they released her new skin, but those blitz nerfs are hardly significant

They also buffed Riven for her skin. They've been doing this trend for awhile now and it makes them look scummy. Stop eluding that they are innocent. They aren't. The Developers are lying hypocrites that actually don't want to address the real issues.

This is why League has become the game it is today. They buff everything offensive and nerf defensive stats/items.

Don't bother, these people will always think that riot buff champs to increase skin sells while at the same time ignoring champions getting nerfed a patch or two before or the same patch the skin is released.

Infact ALL of the K/DA girls got nerfed before their skins came out. Zed got nerfed same patch as his Legendary skin, and same with Xayah.

Heck it wouldn't surprise me if Riot already planned on Rakan being a SG when he got nerfed months ago since I doubt they do skins with only 1 month of planning, especially the SG skins.

They're decreasing his armor by a tiny bit that doesn't counteract his insane hook range buff that he was given.

They are only nerfing him because they over buffed him last patch, they only buffed him because he had a skin coming soon. See cause and effect? Really they should have just nerfed Pyke and Threash, blitz would have naturally increased in play rate.
