The walking part isn't a bug, 3-Q's knockup is pushing them back slightly out of range.

However, casting ult while not knocked up is definitely a bug.

Hmm. So. If the champion that got hit by the q that is slightly out of range if that champion moves does the bug still happen or does it have to be standing still for it to happen? but I would be dead ass laughing if a yasuo hit his nado but didn't get ult and have him start flaming in all chat then all of the sudden when he seems me again he ults right on me to cc'ed into oblivion by my team.
