What is the Most Effiecent Way to Record LoL on Mac?

[vlad-salute] Hello! I'm a relatively new LoL fan as well as YouTuber (600 subs and growin :D). I record mainly League but other games too. (I record using a Macbook air) I like to make compilations of my most funny and downright BEAST moments. But a while back after receiving the Mojave update i have been having quite a bit of issues recording but the big ones being: no in game audio, and much more lag.
