5.13 - AP Runeglaive Gragas OP?

Something I have had fun doing recently. Able to get really large amounts of AP while building tons of magic pen.

Also I think there is a bug currently with it. I was able to hit 1.5k on Baron with my W auto and 1k on Inhibs. I don't think that should be possible....
