Qiyana was released June 28th, 2019 and got her True Damage skins on November 10th of the same year, a span of 135 days. Yuumi was released May 14th, 2019, which makes her older than Qiyana, and she's getting her skin sometime next month. If the new Sweetheart skins were to come out on Valentine's Day, it would mean Yuumi waited 276 days for her skin, over twice as long as Qiyana waited.

It's why I said ALMOST. the upper 75% of the entire champion pool hasn't gotten a skin in that duration at least, and it's by now a monthly tradition to update the list of the "1000 days club" which STILL consists of over 10 champions.
So yeah, a pretty new champ getting a skin in the span of a single year is damn fast to me.
