Need some help with streaming!

Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I would REALLY like to start streaming just for the fun of it. Does anyone know if my specs can fit streaming requirements (solid 30-60 fps) and if you guys could give me any information on what obs settings I should use?

Uh it mostly depends on your internet.. My settings are normal and its fine with no lag. I could probably have higher quality but im new as well. Should be fine though.
