Looking for coaching and to try and expand stream

Looking for LoL coach to help me understand how to get moving up ranks. I think I have a okay understanding of the game but, I know I make mistakes that I want help on that I am not seeing. Outside of that, come ask advice on your career outside the game.

I am a well seasoned leader that manages a couple hundred people for the company I work for. I can give career advice, guidance, answer questions, etc.
