LF ranked people who understand this game to climb

This is not a hard game people. I have had 4 games in a row where, either I get ahead on ADC or mid or, I feed my lanes when im jg and 2 other lanes feed. No afk'ers please. I want people who know the game who are ready to climb. I was gold last season and WILL be plat this season.
