If you're noticing a theme here its that Ahri has a fuckton of skins over the average champion, only being rivaled by champions who've always been fan favorites ever since the early seasons such as Annie and Ryze who have 11 and 10 skins respectively.

Or have are just massive waifu bait, like Lux, Kai'sa, Akali and Ahri herself. And yes I'm counting Kai'sa since she got 5 skins before being even a year old.
