So what's it look like against a 1 million mastery opponent, not someone playing a reworked champion for not even 3 months who's been receiving continuous nerfs that change her playstyle?

The thing about having a lot of mastery on certain champions is that it stops mattering. The more simple the champion, the less time it takes to master them. And Sona's certainly not got the mechanical difficulty to require 1 million. As you show in every clip, it's just that you beat them out for your targeted damage.

Pretty much this.

I dont see difference between 100k sona mastery and 1M sona mastery. This champion have no mechanical interaction.

Yeah. Basically. It's not an insult to the person playing her. I'm just saying, it doesn't actually benefit you. You've mastered Sona if you have 100k. Having 1mil just means you don't play anyone but Sona, so you're not great to have as an ally if Sona gets banned.

Having 100k on 10 champions is a lot better than having 1mil on a champion who only needs 100k to master.

Zed? Maybe. I can see a 1mil Zed being a lot better than a 100k Zed. He actually has interactions and mechanics that you can continue to learn up to and beyond 1mil's worth of practice.
