Twitch Emote useage

I feel like I already know the answer. but figure I would ask just to be 100%.

I was reading the Rio guidelines and it said that you are allowed to use riot icons etc all you want, as long as it's for non commercial use and free to anyone that wants access to it. So I guess that means you are not allowed to custom make an emote for twitch that features a league champion correct? since emotes are locked behind sub mode which would require paying.

I was making my gf an emote of Nami holding a heart (her fav champ) but now I guess I need to figure out something else cause it probably isn't allowed.
