League Music Copyright

Hey guys,

I was just curious. I make YouTube videos and I use League of Legends music in the background. I do monetize the videos, and was wondering if there were any copyright issues with this? I noticed that when I use other music from Monstercat, trapnation, mr.suicidesheep, etc. my videos get flagged immediately. However, with League's music (Piercing Light Mako Remix) there was no copyright strike. I also went onto this page https://www.riotgames.com/en/legal and found that there are three exceptions to the noncommercial rule. It seems like I would fall under exception #1, but I really wanted to double check and make sure.
