Concerns about the new kayle

I know the new kayle hasn't come out for players yet but from the link im worried about her laning scaling and item usage. It says she won't be ranged champion till lvl 11. WIll she be able to play top anymore? if she goes against any sort of bully or burst champion it seems like she'll die instantly. And even at lvl 6 she'll have to pop ulti to live if any one tries to get her. Im more sure she cant mid or adc either. she won't have the range soon enough for bot and she'll die even faster mid. So now im thinking she could jg. WIth a hunters talisman she could use her q and e to clear jg at a decent rate and if her passive procs off of autoing things like minions and monsters she could work as a power farm jgler with sort of weak ganks because all she has is her q. Now if she makes it to lvl 11 and isn't behind then gets a runaans. Would her autoes be an AOE true damage cleave? Because of her exalted giving her the cleave or an auto kind of likes bards when he has chimes that also does true damage. Would that hit 3 enemies a piece with its cleave doing true to all of them? thats something im scared of the most. It seems like she'll just win if she makes it to 16 with items. I know she hasn't came out yet and we don't know her ratios cooldowns ETC. But she seems weaker than ever before early but stronger than ever before late.
