[Suggestion] Ability to mute mastery flashes

Title. We can already mute pings, emotes and chat. We should be able to mute mastery flashes as it can be distracting and even sometimes tilting. Thank you :D

edit: and now that Eternals is out, maybe ability to mute that too lol
