Warwick. Fun champion, but when does he get his day in the sun?!

So i'm writing this as a person who pretty much only plays as Warwick. Mind you I do play a little Master Yi and Zed and Twisted Fate. That being said, I still find my love for Warwick to be the same that it was before and it made me think.

After some research, I have found that Warwick really hasn't been updated (to my knowledge) for quite some time now. So here's my question. What does it take for a champion to be reviewed and revised? Not saying that there is really any problems, but I have found that other champions may have been nerfed or boosted, while he hasn't been. (also not to my knowledge. If i am wrong please feel free to inform me.) I would love for him to get a new skin and maybe just be updated at some point. I still absolutely love playing as him and this will not deter me from playing as him, I just thought I would voice my opinion and see what becomes of it. Also maybe learn a little bit more about him that I may not know about!
