I think Champion Mastery** level 8 shouldn't use hex-tech crafting at all and should just go off mastery points but people would need 50,000-60,000 points to unlock level 8 just like they need a 21,600 to get level 5. The same goes for level 9** but the bar should be a little higher around 100,000-120,000 mastery points. However for** level 10** i think you should have to use hex-tech crafting again, Something like getting 5 S's or higher and spending around 700 blue essence to get it.
