Garen's ultimate
From the last patch I noticed that sometimes (I saw it 2 times in 2 games) Garen's ultimate doesn't make any damage, without a reason! 
Please fix it ^^

It's an execute meaning you have to ult when they have low hp to do any damage
are you sure the person he ulted didnt have a hexdrinker? the shield from hexdrinker makes it look like garens ult doesnt deal any damage.
