Riot Games Problems

Riot is sometime screwing people over with their system. Just barely my friend got a buster because the draft lagged out on him and when he pressed lock in it didn't lock in. Also sometimes people are running on McDonalds WIFI and don't even get into the game at all. There needs to be something that Riot can do to make it so people can't start games unless they have a certain amount of speed with their connection. Even though this may limit some people it would make it a better experience for players. We all know how much Riot loooovvveees to have a better gaming experience for their players. Riot.... just please try harder to fix things and make league a better experience for people.
