New buff display location is terrible! RIOT give us an option to use the original location!

I for one think the change of moving buffs to the character HUD panel is a very poor change. It is very hard to look all the way to one side of the monitor to get on demand information while keep track of the minimap in the other corner and cd's. I do appreciate having the activated items button displayed over the abilities but if i had to choose between having that feature or having my buffs in the center of the screen i'd choose the latter. I'd love to see an option where we could choose where we wanted buffs displayed, assuming there are people that prefer the new position.
