Anyone else think the Aurelion nerf was not needed?

The amount of strength Sol has depends on the player. Mains are absolutely disgusting with him and make Sol unbelievably stupid.

Personally I feel like they should have given it more time for people to learn how to fight him. He has some REALLY bad matchups and playing around his W takes some experience, but once you know what to do, it's not that hard to deal with on most champions.

There are a lot of matchups I just refuse to play him in, IE Fizz. I genuinely feel that midlane matchup is unwinnable. People with click to CC stuff like TFs yellow card can really blow you up too since stuns retract your stars.

Mainly though I feel like no one was playing him, so nerfing him just makes even less people interested in trying him. He's undoubtedly strong in the right hands and with the right matchup but I think that can be true of most decent champions TBH.
