After reading through a post about talks of nerfing TP and how flash should be changed, I've brought it upon myself to propose the grand return of fortify.
Fortify will solve all of our problems. (Please dont take this too terribly serious lol)

Pretty sure it was removed for unnecessarily prolonging games (which it did on occasion).
