its sad that so many brain dead kids cant paly without cheats.... it does not take long time to find just google it... i dont cheat i jsut met alot of fishy palyers lately!!!
and it looks to me like theres a hole youtube community of cheaters who share to fuk over your "skilled game"

VIDEO CREATOR: yes you can. But just go full obvious. If you’re scripting expect to get banned. And yes there’s a way for I believe the adc series to change target priority
Scripting and cheating is NOT a problem in league of legends. They get banned. I doubt you've ran into any. Maybe just good players or smurfs. They aren't common, and most of them are in the higher tiers of play. If someone if scripting, you would know for sure. It wouldn't just be "fishy".
