Tank Karthus
I want to see how well this does, what would be a good build for him? I'm thinking ROD,Hextech GLP 800, Zohnyas, Rulias, GA and Thronmail or Lindrys

Powderkegg1 votesThat's not tank. 3 of those are core and the GA, glp and lindrys are perfectly viable. The only tank item you have is thornmail, which is pretty situational.

DeathBurst1 votesSo, I never played Karthus, but isn't that closed to his standard build anyway? What would you build on a "non-tank" karthus ? Definitely RoA, Rylai, Zhonya anyway. GLP and Lyandry don't seem too bad. And you need boots at some point.
