No honor capsules?
I was on 3rd honor level but I just kept getting key fragments and no capsules. Now I'm already on level 4 but I still didn't receive a single capsule. Does anyone know why that may be happening? :/

if theyd at least drop the occational ward skin or summoner icon theyd be of some use.
